Consumer protection and marketing (Denmark)
If you are a consumer (a natural person acting mainly outside your trade, business, craft, or profession) and you enter into a paid distance contract with us, mandatory rules under Danish and EU consumer law may apply. That includes pre-contract information duties and, where applicable, rights of withdrawal under the Danish Act on certain consumer agreements (lov om visse forbrugeraftaler), which implements Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as amended from time to time.
Before you are bound by any paid service, we will provide the information required by law (for example identity of the trader, main characteristics of the service, total price, payment arrangements, and complaint mechanisms). If you are entitled to a cooling-off period, we will state how and within which time limit you may exercise it.
Our website content must comply with the Danish Marketing Practices Act (markedsføringsloven), including rules on good marketing practice, misleading and aggressive practices, and unsolicited commercial communications where relevant.
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform for consumers is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to use an approved alternative dispute resolution body; if we join one, we will list it here.
Where we use online advertising, landing pages must match the advertised service (scope, limitations, and how to buy or register). We do not claim guaranteed improvements to health, income, or productivity; descriptions stay proportionate to what a rhythm consultation can reasonably offer.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Danish or EU consumer law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these terms, except where prohibited by law.
10. Governing law, venue, and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Danish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would refer matters to another law, except where mandatory EU or national consumer protection rules of another Member State apply to you as a consumer.
For disputes, the courts of Denmark have jurisdiction, with venue as determined by the Danish Administration of Justice Act (retsplejeloven) and special rules on consumer jurisdiction where applicable. If you are a consumer resident in another EU/EEA country, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your home courts under Article 18 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis) where those rules apply.
11. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless mandatory law requires a different process.
